What is the return policy?
We offer 14-day returns, starting from the day the shipment is delivered. You must send your return within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Requirements
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and Certificate of Authenticity included).
- Orders must be returned from the same country which they were originally purchased in.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
- Rings made to the size you confirmed with our free ring sizer are final sale.
To request a return, please log in to your account and go to the “Order returns” section at the bottom of the order details page. We’ll email you a prepaid DHL return label. Packing and drop-off steps are under Return Process & Refunds.
Return shipping fee: $80 USD
This amount will be deducted from your refund once the return is approved.
Return Process & Refunds
Once you request a return, we’ll email you a prepaid DHL return label. Please pack your item securely in its original packaging, and print and attach the return label clearly to the outside of the box. To prevent damage during transit, we recommend covering the label with clear tape or placing it in a protective sleeve.
After packing, you may either:
1. Drop off the package at a DHL drop-off location, or
2. Schedule a pickup using the “Schedule a Pickup” link included in the email.
Refunds
We will let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. If it is, we refund your original payment method, less the return shipping fee, within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to post it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please write to us at contact@naomiseoul.com or message us in the chat.
Can I exchange my item?
We don't offer direct exchanges. For a different size, metal or piece, return the original within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging, and place a new order.
Our usual return terms and return shipping fee apply. In the EU or EEA, the EU and EEA section of our refund policy applies instead.
I Mistakenly Returned the Wrong Item
Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return.
Due to logistics and customs restrictions, we cannot reship or store non-Naomi Seoul items mistakenly sent as returns.
As we cannot verify the origin or ownership of such items, we are not liable for any lost or unclaimed non-Naomi Seoul products.
