Customers in the EU and EEA: our EU and EEA section at the end of this policy applies to you wherever it differs from what follows.

We offer 14-day returns, starting from the day the shipment is delivered. You must send your return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Requirements
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and Certificate of Authenticity included)
- Orders must be returned from the same country which they were originally purchased in.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
- Engraved and custom pieces are final sale.
- Rings made to the size you confirmed with our free ring sizer are final sale, except for manufacturing defects. This does not apply to customers in the EU and EEA: see our EU and EEA section.

To request a return, please log in to your account and go to the “Order returns” section at the bottom of the order details page.

Return Instructions
Once you request a return, we’ll email you a prepaid DHL return label. Please pack your item securely in its original packaging, and print and attach the return label clearly to the outside of the box. To prevent damage during transit, we recommend covering the label with clear tape or placing it in a protective sleeve.

After packing, you may either:
1. Drop off the package at a DHL drop-off location, or
2. Schedule a pickup using the “Schedule a Pickup” link included in the email.

Return shipping fee: $80 USD (€80 for orders paid in euros, S$100 in Singapore, AU$110 in Australia, CA$110 in Canada), or the equivalent in the currency you paid in.
This amount will be deducted from your refund once the return is approved.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend requesting a return for your original item and then placing a new order. Once we receive and process your return at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Customers in the EU and EEA: right of withdrawal

This section is for customers who live in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway. Where it differs from the rest of this policy, this section applies. In Ireland this right is called the right to cancel, and it works in the same way.

It covers every piece in our catalogue, including pieces made to order and rings made in a size and metal chosen from our options. It does not cover custom commissions ordered through our custom orders page, because they are made to the consumer's specifications. You can also withdraw before your order arrives.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in separate parcels (for example, a free ring sizer first and the ring later), the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Naomi Seoul LLC, 425 Eonju-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 06222, Republic of Korea, telephone +82 70-8095-1953, email contact@naomiseoul.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at naomiseoul.com/pages/contract-withdrawal (the "Withdraw from contract here" link in our site footer). If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The payments we reimburse include the customs duties and import VAT included in your order price. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you use our prepaid DHL return label, €80 is deducted from your refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at Naomi Seoul LLC, 425 Eonju-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 06222, Republic of Korea, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Your legal rights if a piece is faulty are not affected.
