We don't ship to other countries at the moment, but we're working to expand our shipping network so we can deliver our products to more countries and customers in the future. We're committed to providing a smooth and satisfying delivery experience, so we appreciate your patience and understanding.

All Naomi Seoul orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that all duties and taxes are already included in the product price, so the amount shown is the final price you pay. There will be no additional charges at checkout or upon delivery, ensuring a smooth experience from purchase to arrival.

• All items are made to order, and the crafting time typically takes 5 to 15 business days. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you by email.
• Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 1-5 business days. Please note that delivery times refer to transit time only and do not include the production period. This does not include weekends, holidays, or potential delays caused by the courier (such as weather, traffic, or other local issues).

All orders are shipped via DHL Express with full insurance coverage and a tracking number. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure delivery.

Your shipping confirmation email includes a DHL Express tracking link. You can also see the status of every order by signing in to your account.

If you cannot find the email, write to contact@naomiseoul.com with your order number and we will send the tracking details.

• We’re committed to getting your order shipped out as quickly as possible, so we may not be able to guarantee any changes or cancellations once your order is placed. If you need help, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team — we’ll do our best to assist you.

• For monogrammed or engraved items, once the order has been submitted, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes to it.

We offer 14-day returns, starting from the day the shipment is delivered. You must send your return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Requirements

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and Certificate of Authenticity included)
• Orders must be returned from the same country which they were originally purchased in.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

To request a return, please log in to your account and go to the “Order returns” section at the bottom of the order details page.

Return Instructions

Once you request a return, we’ll email you a prepaid DHL return label. Please pack your item securely in its original packaging, and print and attach the return label clearly to the outside of the box. To prevent damage during transit, we recommend covering the label with clear tape or placing it in a protective sleeve.

After packing, you may either:
1. Drop off the package at a DHL drop-off location, or
2. Schedule a pickup using the “Schedule a Pickup” link included in the email.

Return shipping fee: $80 USD
This amount will be deducted from your refund once the return is approved.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend requesting a return for your original item and then placing a new order. Once we receive and process your return at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

At Naomi Seoul, we take great care to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a piece with a defect, please email us at contact@naomiseoul.com so we can help you right away.

Every Naomi Seoul piece comes with a 3-year complimentary warranty for manufacturing defects.

• Repairs for manufacturing defects are provided at no charge.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for inspection or repair.
• Repairs needed due to everyday wear, accidental damage, or resizing are not covered, but we are happy to assist for a service fee.

Please note that the warranty becomes void if any work is performed by someone other than Naomi Seoul.

After 3 years, we’re still happy to help with repairs for a fee, including taxes and shipping.

Every Naomi Seoul order earns 5% back in store credit, calculated on your subtotal after discounts. Credit is added automatically once your order ships. You'll receive an email when it's ready.

It applies automatically at checkout on your next order, with no codes and no sign-ups. Store credit stays valid for 18 months from the day it's issued.
