      A dome that widens

      The hoop starts narrow at the ear and widens as it comes down, so the shape is fullest at the base. A dome shows more gold than a round wire hoop of the same width, enough to wear on its own.

      • Low on the lobe

        The widest point sits low, so the hoop reads under the lobe, not out to the side.

      • A hinged close

        A thin hinged wire swings open and closes into the dome, with no back to lose.

      • A soft grain inside

        Polished on the outside, the dome carries a fine grain on its inner face.

      1. 미지근한 물에 순한 비누를 조금 풀어 제품을 담근 뒤, 부드러운 천으로 두드려 물기를 닦고 자연 건조합니다.
      2. 샤워나 수영을 할 때는 잠시 벗어 주시기 바랍니다. 염소에 반복해서 노출되면 골드의 광택이 흐려집니다.
      3. 다른 골드 제품에 긁히지 않도록 부드러운 파우치에 따로 보관합니다.

      잠금장치 사용법

      Our hoops close with a post that clicks into a small catch. Gold is a soft metal, so the clasp only ever needs a light touch.

      To open

      Rest a fingernail on the joint where the two ends meet and press straight down, lightly. The post releases from the catch. Avoid pulling the ends apart from the sides.

      To close

      Swing the hoop shut and stop at the click. The click means it is secure, and pressing past it can bend the post.

      If it won’t click

      The post may have moved slightly inward. With the hoop open, lift the post outward very slowly, a little at a time, and test the click after each small move.

      If the click feels loose, the post has usually been pressed too far. Gold is soft and can bend under too much force, so handle the clasp gently. The same gentle lift brings the click back.

      Will Gold Jewelry Tarnish Over Time?

      No. Every Naomi Seoul piece is solid 14K or 18K gold, which doesn't tarnish in everyday wear. The small share of other metals in the alloy isn't enough to dull it under normal conditions. To keep the shine, keep pieces away from harsh chemicals and perfume, don't leave them wet for long, and wipe them with a soft cloth now and then.

      Can I Exchange My Item?

      We don't offer direct exchanges. For a different size, metal or piece, return the original within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging, and place a new order.

      Our usual return terms and return shipping fee apply. In the EU or EEA, the EU and EEA section of our refund policy applies instead.

      Can I Cancel or Update My Order?

      Every piece is made to order, so once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Write to us or message us in the chat as soon as possible.

      Engraved and custom pieces, and rings made to the size you confirmed with our free ring sizer, can't be cancelled or refunded once production begins. Full details are in our return policy.
