Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. We offer free shipping on all orders.
We ship to the following countries:
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Philippines, Sweden, Singapore, United States, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan.
We don't ship to other countries at the moment, but we're working to expand our shipping network so we can deliver our products to more countries and customers in the future. We're committed to providing a smooth and satisfying delivery experience, so we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Customs and Import Taxes
All Naomi Seoul orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that all duties and taxes are already included in the product price, so the amount shown is the final price you pay. There will be no additional charges at checkout or upon delivery, ensuring a smooth experience from purchase to arrival.
What are the Shipping Fees and Delivery Timeline?
Every piece is made to order in Seoul and shipped worldwide by DHL Express at no charge. Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 weeks.
How Can I Track My Order?
Your shipping confirmation email includes a DHL Express tracking link. You can also see the status of every order by signing in to your account.
If you cannot find the email, write to contact@naomiseoul.com with your order number and we will send the tracking details.
Can I Cancel or Update My Order?
Write to us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Every piece is made to order, so changes or cancellations can't be guaranteed once the order is placed.
What is the Return Policy?
We offer 14-day returns, starting from the day the shipment is delivered. You must send your return within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Requirements
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and Certificate of Authenticity included)
- Orders must be returned from the same country which they were originally purchased in.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
- Rings made to the size you confirmed with our free ring sizer are final sale, except for manufacturing defects.
To request a return, please log in to your account and go to the “Order returns” section at the bottom of the order details page.
Return Instructions
Once you request a return, we’ll email you a prepaid DHL return label. Please pack your item securely in its original packaging, and print and attach the return label clearly to the outside of the box. To prevent damage during transit, we recommend covering the label with clear tape or placing it in a protective sleeve.
After packing, you may either:
1. Drop off the package at a DHL drop-off location, or
2. Schedule a pickup using the “Schedule a Pickup” link included in the email.
Return shipping fee: $80 USD
This amount will be deducted from your refund once the return is approved.
Can I Exchange My Item?
We don't offer direct exchanges. For a different size, metal or piece, return the original within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging, and place a new order.
We email a prepaid DHL return label. The $80 USD return shipping fee is deducted from the refund.
What is 3-Year Warranty?
At Naomi Seoul, we take great care to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a piece with a defect, please email us at contact@naomiseoul.com so we can help you right away.
Every Naomi Seoul piece comes with a 3-year complimentary warranty for manufacturing defects.
- Repairs for manufacturing defects are provided at no charge.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for inspection or repair.
- Repairs needed due to everyday wear, accidental damage, or resizing are not covered, but we are happy to assist for a service fee.
Please note that the warranty becomes void if any work is performed by someone other than Naomi Seoul.
After 3 years, we’re still happy to help with repairs for a fee, including taxes and shipping.
Does My Order Come With a Certificate?
Yes. Every Naomi Seoul piece ships with a Certificate of Authenticity carrying a serial number unique to that piece.
The number stays with the piece for life. If it is passed down, given as a gift, or brought back for service years from now, write to us at contact@naomiseoul.com with the serial and we will confirm it against our workshop records.
Your 3-year warranty is held on the same certificate.
Lab grown diamonds are documented separately. A stone of 1 carat and up ships with an IGI report, and a stone from 0.5 to 1 carat ships with a lab grown diamond certificate graded in Seoul to the GIA 4C standard. Those documents grade the stone. The Certificate of Authenticity covers the piece.
